PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Welcome to Atmadhruti. We value your experience and are
committed to providing transparent and fair Payments, Cancellation and
Refund policy for our services. This policy outlines the conditions under
which payments, cancellations and refunds will be processed for workshop
(online/ offline mode) services, subscriptions, or coaching sessions via
www.atmadhruti.com
(the “Website”) and by accessing this Website or making
payments with Atmadhruti, you agree to the terms below:
1. GENERAL TERMS
a) All payments on Atmadhruti are processed in
Indian Rupees (INR)
unless otherwise specified.
b) For international users, payments will be converted into INR based
on the payment provider’s exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
c) Atmadhruti is not responsible for currency conversion charges,
foreign exchange fees, or any additional costs levied by banks or payment
providers.
d) Refund and cancellation policies vary by service type and are
subject to specific terms applicable to each service.
e) Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only through the
original payment method (Razorpay/PayPal) used for the transaction.
f) Approved refunds will be processed within 7 calendar days from
the date of approval. The actual credit timeline may depend on the user’s
bank/payment provider.
g) Users will be notified of their refund status via dashboard
notifications on their Atmadhruti account.
h) Atmadhruti does not offer money-back guarantees for any services.
Refunds are issued strictly as per the refund policy for each service.
i) Workshop registrations and coach-bookings are non-transferable.
If a registered user is unable to attend, they cannot transfer their
booking to another individual.
j) Workshops or sessions booked under corporate sponsorship are
non-refundable, non-transferable, and not eligible for rescheduling.
k) No refunds will be provided if a user is suspended or removed due
to a violation of Atmadhruti’s Terms of Service or policies.
l) Refunds and payments will be governed by applicable Indian laws
and regulations, including the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, the
Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
m) Atmadhruti is not responsible for banking delays, network failures,
or third-party payment processing issues beyond its reasonable control.
2.
TIMELINES FOR CANCELLATION OF A WORKSHOP/ BOOKED COACH SESSION
2.1. Cancellation by Users
a) For the Workshops (Online/ Offline)
i. Users may cancel their workshop registration only if the
request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled workshop.
ii. If the user books the workshop within 48 hours of the
scheduled start time, they are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
b) For the Booked- Coach Sessions
i. Users may re-schedule their booked coach sessions only if
the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
ii. If the assigned coach does not accept the rescheduled time
requested by the user, the user may cancel the session and receive a full
refund.
c)
No refunds or rescheduling will be provided if:
i. The user fails to attend the workshop/session without making
a prior cancellation request as per the above timelines.
ii. The user attends only a part of the workshop/session and
leaves before completion.
2.2. Cancellation/ Modification by Atmadhruti or the Coach
a) Atmadhruti or the assigned Coach reserves the right to modify the
workshop/ session details, including changes to the date, time, or venue,
due to unforeseen circumstances.
b) If Atmadhruti or the Coach cancels or modifies a workshop/
session, users will be offered either:
i. Full refund to the original payment method, or
ii. Reschedule option at no additional cost (subject to
availability).
If the user finds the new schedule unsuitable, they may opt for a full
refund.
c) If a coach is suspended, users with pending bookings may be given
an option to:

Receive a full refund, or
-
Book another coach at no extra cost.
d) Atmadhruti or the Coach reserves the right not to offer a
rescheduled session/ workshop if it is not feasible. In such cases, only a
refund will be provided.
3.TERMS FOR SUBSCRIPTION-BASED SERVICES
3.1. Renewal Terms
a) Users may subscribe to Atmadhruti’s services on a monthly,
quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly basis.
b) Subscription fees are charged in advance and will auto-renew at
the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the user.
c) If an auto-renewal payment fails, the subscription will be
automatically cancelled, and access to services will be revoked.
d) Users will receive reminder notifications before renewal. Failure
to cancel before renewal will result in automatic billing.
e) Users may upgrade their subscription (e.g., from monthly to
quarterly/ yearly) at any time. The new plan will take effect immediately,
and the difference in cost will be charged accordingly.
f) Subscriptions cannot be paused and resumed. Users must cancel
their current subscription and re-subscribe if they wish to stop using the
service temporarily.
3.2. Refund Eligibility
a) No refunds will be issued for single-month subscriptions. Users
subscribing on a monthly basis cannot cancel or request a refund once
payment is made.
b) For quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly plans:
i. A minimum lock-in period of one month applies.
ii. After the lock-in period, users may cancel, and refunds (if
applicable) will be issued on a pro-rated basis for the unused portion.
iii. However, no pro-rated refunds will be issued if
cancellation occurs within the last 15 days of the subscription period.
c) No refunds will be provided for auto-renewals since users receive
prior renewal reminders.
4.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATION FOR BULK/GROUP BOOKINGS
a) For bulk purchases (5 or more sessions/workshop seats):
i. Cancellations are permitted only if requested at least 7
days before the first scheduled session.
ii. If cancellation is approved, a partial refund may be issued
after deducting processing fees.
b) No refunds will be provided for partially used bulk session
packages.
5. NO-SHOW & LATE ATTENDANCE
a) User No-Show: If a user fails to attend a booked
session/ workshop without prior cancellation, 100% of the fees will be
forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
b) Coach No-Show: If a coach fails to attend a scheduled
session, the user will be offered either:
i. A full refund, or
ii. A rescheduling option at no extra cost (as per the user's
preference).
c) Late Joiners:
i. If a user joins late, the session will not be extended
beyond the scheduled end time and no refund shall be provided. No refunds
or partial credits will be provided for missed time.
ii. If a coach joins late, they must extend the session
accordingly to ensure full duration is delivered. If the coach fails to
provide the full session duration, the user may request a partial refund
based on the missed time.
6.
FAILED TRANSACTIONS & PAYMENT ISSUES
a) If a user’s payment fails but the amount is deducted, they must
immediately notify Atmadhruti via support ticket or email with transaction
proof (bank statement/screenshot of the transaction).
b) Atmadhruti will verify the transaction with its payment gateway.
If confirmed:
i. The deducted amount will be credited back to the user’s
original payment method within 7 calendar days.
ii. If the payment was not received by Atmadhruti, user must
raise the issue with their bank or payment provider for resolution.
c) Atmadhruti is not responsible for payment failures due to user
errors (eg. insufficient funds, expired cards, or incorrect payment
details) or banking or network issues beyond Atmadhruti’s control.
d) If the bank or payment gateway charges Atmadhruti for the failed
transaction, the user must bear the charges. Users will be informed of such
deductions, and the refund (if applicable) will be processed after
deducting applicable charges.
e) If a failed transaction results in a duplicate payment, the excess
amount will be refunded within 7 calendar days upon verification.
7.
CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTED PAYMENTS
If a user disputes a payment or initiates a chargeback through their bank
or any other payment provider, Atmadhruti:
i. Reserves the right to temporarily suspend the user’s account
and access to services until the dispute is resolved.
ii. Will provide evidence of the transaction to the payment
provider for dispute resolution.
iii. May impose additional transaction fees or penalties if the
chargeback is deemed fraudulent or an abuse of chargeback process.
8.
NO REFUNDS FOR POST-SESSION COMPLAINTS
a) Atmadhruti does not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with a
coach’s style, approach, or guidance, as coaching is inherently subjective.
b) Users are strongly encouraged to review coach profiles, ratings,
and areas of expertise before booking a session to ensure suitability.
9.
TECHNICAL ISSUES FOR ONLINE WORKSHOPS
a) If a user experiences technical issues on their end (e.g., poor
internet connection, device malfunctions, power outages), no refund or
rescheduling will be provided.
b) If a technical issue occurs on Atmadhruti’s or the coach’s end
(e.g., platform failure, connectivity issues), the session will be
rescheduled at no extra cost.
c) A refund will only be issued if rescheduling is not possible due
to Atmadhruti’s or the coach’s unavailability.
10.
CODE OF CONDUCT & DISMISSAL POLICY
a) Atmadhruti reserves the right to remove any participant from a
workshop/ session if they engage in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate
behaviour (e.g., harassment, hate speech, misconduct). No refund will be
provided in such cases.
Atmadhruti reserves the right to deny refunds if there is evidence of
fraudulent activity, excessive cancellations, policy misuse, or chargeback
abuse.
11.
DATA PRIVACY & PAYMENT SECURITY DISCLAIMER
a) Atmadhruti does not store or process users’ payment details
directly. All transactions are securely handled through third-party payment
gateways (Razorpay, PayPal).
b) Users are responsible for entering the correct payment details.
Atmadhruti is not liable for incorrect transactions due to user errors
(e.g., mistyped card details).
c) By making a payment, users agree to the terms and security
policies of the respective payment gateway.
12. MISCELLANEOUS
a) All refund requests are subject to Atmadhruti’s sole discretion
and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
b) Users may dispute a refund decision within 7 days of receiving a
decision by submitting a formal request with supporting details.
c) Disputes will be reviewed based on available records, and
Atmadhruti’s final decision shall be binding.
d) Users who repeatedly cancel or request refunds without valid
reasons may face account restrictions or permanent suspension.
e) Legal disputes shall be governed by Indian laws and shall be
handled exclusively in the courts of Kolkata, India.
13.
REFUNDS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS
a) If Atmadhruti’s services are disrupted due to unforeseen
circumstances beyond its control (e.g., government bans, cyberattacks,
legal injunctions, natural disasters, or pandemics), refunds will be
processed at Atmadhruti’s sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
b) If services cannot be resumed within 30 days, Atmadhruti may offer
partial refunds or service credits for future use.
14. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
a) Atmadhruti reserves the right to modify this Payments,
Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
b) The updated policy will be published on the website, and continued
use of Atmadhruti’s services after the modifications will constitute
acceptance of the revised terms.
