After more than a decade of teaching and industry experience, I stepped into a new chapter as an expat, stay-at-home mom, volunteer, and doctorate student. This dynamic phase of life was both fulfilling and challenging, offering opportunities for growth while also pushing me to confront my own limiting beliefs and deep rooted conditioning. The transition from structured roles to a constantly evolving identity sparked a journey of self-discovery, mindful self identity and reinvention.
These experiences deepened my self-awareness and understanding of resilience, purpose, and personal growth, inspiring me to explore how I could help others navigate their own crossroads. This led me to modern applied psychology, where I gained tools that transformed my perspective and equipped me to support others effectively.
To me, self-awareness is the cornerstone of personal inner freedom and peace. It is the foundation that empowers us to uncover our true selves, align with our core values, and live with clarity and confidence.
Today, I am a Certified Brain Coach and multidisciplinary practitioner in Life Coaching, CBT, NLP, and Mindfulness. My work integrates evidence-based techniques with the empathy and insight shaped by my life journey. I am a strong advocate of holistic wellbeing, physical, mental and emotional.
