From a Doctor to India’s 1st Certified Teen Life Coach: My journey into life coaching began when my confident daughter suddenly became a cry-baby. I blamed myself - I realised, it wasn’t me or her, just teenage. To support her & strengthen our bond, I studied. Connecting with her friends, I saw every teen had silent struggles. We started a teen club, and I became the go-to person for them & parents. Looking for a life coach for my daughter, I met my mentor, Tami Walsh, who encouraged me to become Certified as India’s 1st TeenWisdom.inc Teen Life Coach. On coaching, I saw teens & parents struggles. Being a mother, doctor & life coach, I understood their struggles and create simple, effective solutions. Teens kept coming back for guidance & empowerment. Every transformation, every “thank you” from a teen or parent, reinforced my calling—this is my life’s purpose. My Professional Journey: 23+ years as a Consultant Anaesthesiologist & Intensivist. I am also a Wellness Consultant, Certified Nutrition Advisor, NLP Practitioner, Ho’opono pono & EFT Healer, & Law of Attraction Coach, helping teens and women create lasting transformations. I offer life coaching programs to preteens (9 to 12), teens (13-17) and young adults (18-22) in the form of personalised 1-on-1 & group sessions on all teenage challenges; Workshops on stress management, vision board & manifestation.
